Brenna O’Sullivan-Fulks, Community Economic Development Director

Brenna Fulks is an experienced economic developer with a passion for revitalizing communities and fostering economic growth. Currently, she serves as the Economic Development Director at Mission West Community Development Partners, where she champions initiatives that support Mission West’s three-county region. Brenna’s dedication to economic development extends throughout her career. Previously, she served as the Economic Development Coordinator for the City of Forest Grove, Oregon. In this role, she played a key role in managing the Forest Grove/Cornelius Enterprise Zone incentive program and developing the Main Street Forest Grove Task Force. Brenna’s experience goes beyond traditional economic development.  She served as the Executive Director of the Klamath Falls Downtown Association (KFDA), demonstrating her expertise in revitalizing downtowns through Main Street programs. This experience, coupled with her MBA in marketing from the University of St. Mary, allows Brenna to approach economic development with a holistic understanding of marketing and community engagement.
