Mission West Terrell LaForge

My name is Terrell LaForge and I hold an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, which has provided a strong foundation in organizational operations, leadership, and strategic thinking. My professional experience includes roles in customer service, banking, credit union operations, and human resources assistance, where I have supported daily business functions, assisted customers and members, handled financial processes, and contributed to employee-related work. These experiences have strengthened my communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as my ability to work ethically and collaboratively in people-centered environments. I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership to further develop my leadership capacity and deepen my understanding of systems, equity, and organizational effectiveness, with the goal of applying these skills to our nonprofit organization, “Mission West Community Development Partners”, work to support sustainable community impact.
